Mauser Matches are informal centerfire rifle matches shot at the SR-1 target at 50 meters off-hand. Any center-fire rifle with open sights and any unimproved militarty pre-1964 bolt-action repeater qualifies. The special challenge for the November 13th match is "unique rifle." If you are the only person shooting that model of rifle, you are eligible for the challenge award. Bring a couple of extra rifles in case somebody else is shooting one that you brought. Call Max Koehl at 309 385-1033 with any questions.
